SIMAA was envisioned by the students of 2005-07 Batch. It has been registered as Company under Section 25. This institution has been ably supported by the present Director Dr. Rajan Welukar and alumni. The Board of Directors consists of seven members.

- Encourage Alumni to contribute to the Institute in Academics, Infrastructure, Industrial Relations, etc.
